About 3 Percent Club
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower women and minorities to overcome systemic barriers and thrive in the tech industry. Although women comprise 25% of the tech workforce, Black women only account for 3%. We are dedicated to changing that statistic by providing accessible education, mentorship, and career development resources. We aim to create a more diverse and inclusive tech landscape where the talent and contributions of all individuals are recognized and valued.
Our Impact
By 2025, we will transform the STEM landscape by equipping 1,000 women and minority students with the technical skills, leadership abilities, and unwavering confidence needed to excel in their careers to cultivate leaders and increase representation in engineering and other technical fields. Through our programs, these future innovators will be empowered to break down barriers, drive change, and build a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
