Our Mission
We are committed to opening up the tech industry to people who have been left out of it. With women representing just 25% of the workforce and Black women only 3%, our mission is to change that reality through accessible education, mentorship, and career development.
Our Vision
We envision a tech landscape where diverse talent is not only included but celebrated. By providing the tools, opportunities, and support to succeed, we aim to create a future where all voices in tech are heard, valued, and elevated, driving lasting change across STEM fields.

The Story Behind 3percentclub
Maria Ashby built 3percentclub out of a deeply personal understanding of what it means to navigate the tech industry as a Black woman. She saw firsthand how many talented people never got the chance to get started, and decided to build the community she wished had existed when she was starting out.
